Wimbledon has four Grand Slam tennis tournaments, the other is the Australian Open, the French Open and the US Open. Since the 1988 Australian Open, instead of Hardcock, Wimbledon still dominates grass.

The tournament is traditionally finalized by the end of June and early July in early July and ends on Saturday and Sunday with the final set of women and gentlemen finals scheduled for the second weekend. However, the recent change in the tennis calendar happened in the first two weeks of July, when the incident came back gradually. Five big events are held each year, where additional junior and inviting competitions are held.

All England Lawn Tennis and Crackweight Club is a private club which was established on 23 July 1868, originally known as "The All England Crickets Club". Its first ground was on Warner Road's Nursery Road, Wimbledon.

In 1876, Lawn Tennis, a game designed by Major Walter Clopton Wingfield, which was previously an exterior version of the tennis court a year or so ago and originally named Shuichi, was added to the club's activities. In the spring of 1877, the club was named "The All England Crockett and Lawn Tennis Club" and named it its replacement by establishing the first Lawn Tennis Championship. A new law code, replaced by the code governed by the MarilynBean Cricket Club, was prepared for this event. Today's rules are similar in addition to the height of the net and posts like the distance between the posts and the network of service lines.

Arrangements were made to protect the law and order so that the main court was in the middle and others were arranged around it, so the title "Center Court". The name was kept when the club was transferred to the current site of Church Road in 1922, although the actual description of its location is no more. However, in 1980, four new courts formed the commission to the north of the ground, which means the center court was more accurately described. In 1997, the opening of the new No. 1 Court emphasized the opening.

Wimbledon consists of five major events, four junior events, and seven inviting events. There are five main events and the number of players (or doubles in groups):
Gentlemen's singles, female single, double of Gentlemen, ladies' doubles, mixed doubles

A celebrate game is played when a set reaches 6-6 goals in the fifth (five sets) or third (in three-set matches), where a two-game lead has to be reached.

All events are round-robin tournaments, except for single-extended competition, prison, senior Gentlemen's and Ladies' invitations.
